The Roman shade is the answer for anyone who wants the visual warmth of a curtain without the bulk of fabric at the sides. As it rises, it folds into clean bands that sit above the opening and leave the glass clear.
It's made in decorative fabrics, lined or unlined, and accepts blackout sewn to the back for bedrooms. Because we make it ourselves, we can adjust the pleat size to the window height, which is what separates a well-made Roman shade from a generic one.
